Each component is treated using a specific method (recipe) developed according to its material, shape and degree of fragility. Minimal material removal ensures that narrow tolerances can be achieved. With the "Dimensional polishing" option, a measurement certificate is supplied for toleranced dimensions. Conversely, the dimensional check on revolving parts (3 or 4-toothed) is carried out systematically.
Heat treatments are also possible if required.
